Refund Policy

Our products are digital and are delivered instantly after payment. Once a product has been made available to you the sale is final and, except in the cases listed in section 2, it cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled. Every product page has a description, screenshots and a list of requirements; please read them before buying.

We will refund a purchase if, and only if, one of the following applies and you contact us within 48 hours of the purchase:

• The product does not work as described on its sales page and our support team is unable to fix it.

• The product was not delivered or could not be downloaded because of a technical problem on our side or the marketplace's side.

• You bought the same product twice by mistake on the same account. The duplicate order is refunded.

• You changed your mind or no longer need the product.

• The product works as described but does not match what you imagined.

• You do not have the technical knowledge or the access needed to install or configure it.

• You bought the wrong product or the wrong platform version without asking us first.

• Your server, hosting or panel does not meet the requirements listed on the product page.

• The request is made more than 48 hours after purchase.

• The license has been suspended or banned for a breach of our Terms of Service.

• The unused part of a time-limited license.

Before a refund is considered you must open a support ticket on our Discord server and give us a reasonable chance to solve the problem. Most issues are fixed the same day. A refund request that skips this step will be sent back to support.

• Refunds are issued through the marketplace you bought from, to the original payment method. We do not pay refunds by any other route.

• We normally approve or decline a valid request within 24 hours. How quickly the money reaches you depends on the marketplace and your payment provider.

• As soon as the marketplace processes the refund your license key is revoked and your access to downloads and updates for that product ends, on the same day.

• Bundles and orders with add-ons are refunded in full or not at all; we do not issue partial refunds.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of this policy and of our Terms of Service. If that happens we immediately revoke every license on the account, close the account without the possibility of appeal, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount together with any fees and costs the dispute causes us.

Refunds for custom development projects are governed by section 12 of our Terms of Service, not by this policy.

Refund requests and questions: open a ticket on Discord or email [email protected] with your marketplace order number.
